Mr Campo did warn investors. He essentially said Get out if you can't handle it. Campo even said SEC can suspend the stock at anytime. So we really can't blame Campo or the SEC. They both warned investors.

As far as the 10k being filed, we can all agree that this was too much for these auditors to handle. Either they were not given enough information or time to complete the project or they purposely delayed it so they would not have to be involved with a scam.

The bottom line. There was plenty if red flags that exposed the risk of playing this ticker.

In other words if you play with fire you will get burnt.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
