The point of transferring assets in a bankruptcy is to avoid creditors. The companies you listed all had significant debts. SOUPQ creditors were paid in full. Now there is absolutely no reason to transfer assets to a private company at this point. By doing this they would wipe out all of their shares and gain nothing.
