Snug. PBYI is now over $100 per share with a market cap of 3.82 billion. That certainly should motivate BPTH to move forward with a breast cancer drug IND.

A similar market cap would equal $38 per share for us. I suspect everyone would happy. I certainly would no longer be a large shareholder.

A buck is an important number for BPTH. 10 days over a buck and the delisting clock starts anew. The red warning also vanishes on the stock quote. Not being delisted is an issue to be excited about.
