Is it legal for a big pharma interested in a small Bio,to pay a hedge fund that shorts Bio`s,to attack our stock,and then they would be payed back for their losses to walk it down,plus profit. Is it legal? Someone interested in buying us,who`s got board flea`s touting 20.00 buyout,and now the payed attack. Just thinking out loud,but the shorts stuck here had plenty of motivation on their own to attack the stock the last 2 days.
