Well and these 2 funders are NOT going to get all of their 7.5 million right away, unless our 1st settlement is over $50+ Million which is just fine by me!

"They do not pay the full $7.5M on the first settlement. They payback the original $1.5M plus 10% of the balance. Any future suites are paid 10% until the aggregate $7.5M is reached.
