All good up here brother. Not an issue up here. We live 2 blocks from the beach here in central NJ so I was hoping for a day or 2 of some Irma surf to drop in on but it never really materialized once it headed for the gulf. High Tide Sat was ok but I was caught up watching a lot of the coverage on you guys down in FL.

Now... whats up here in DEWM land? Still won't let this bad boy run. Its crazy how undervalued it is. I have to admit though..I wish Marco would drop a bomb on all this flipping and accumulation already. Im sitting pretty position wise. Want the fun to start now.
