I think as a contractor you are aware that owners and architects seem to always have unreasonable project schedules(especially when changes occur daily to original contract.) Which happens constantly. I can guarantee that if one could find a chart that shows projects finishing on schedule vs not on schedule, the later would be vastly larger. That being said, I highly doubt you can find a more transparent or communicative pink sheet out now. This board wants news. News is provided. Then disappointed with news. Yes, we would all love it if we could be aware of every decision and situation that arises. As an investor who has countless hours of DD, I fully trust our CEO to take care of these things.
