Update on my adventures in brass hinge cleaning, LOL I've tried several things to clean them, Brasso and tooth brush, too much work. Tried soaking them in vinegar too, too much work. A friend told me that Lime Away works too so I soaked a couple of hinges in Lime Away for a couple of days and wow, they came out clean as a whistle, way easy.
