Yes, Apple has the first refusal right on LM. With all due respect, Prof. Li has given Apple such a long time to incorporate LM into the iPhone and yet Apple did not use LM in their iPhone X. Well, I hoped Prof. Li will try to promote LM to Android phones. Android phones has bigger market shares (I think >70% of world Smart Phone market). It would be like 500 million phones. It will be more successful to promote LM to Android phones. Anyway, Apple ran out of ideas and kept copying from Samsung and Huawei. I felt sorry for Steve Job.
