Even sometimes I DONOTUNDERSTAND,

How many more common will there be and what cash amount does WMIH collect on the conversion. (If zero - what did they collect to arrange the preferred and ability to convert?)

If KKR is converting their “A” series Preferred for common shares at negotiated price of $1.10 it should give the company about $11,072,191 as KKR’s 1 million series “A” give them rights to convert to 10,065,629 shares of common.

Now, what I donotunderstand is how the conversion takes place. I am sure others have better understanding, but would think KKR give their 1 million shares back to WMIH along with a payment of about $11 million and deal done.

What I would love to understand is why the heavy volume the last two days, and does it have anything to do with KKR converting their preferred. I understand for every buy someone needs to sell. BUT – who would be selling that many shares at this multi year low price of $1.10.

Could this be the big Hedge funds / MM playing games, and selling and buying between them to get some shareholder scared into selling? I would think most of us are long time holders that somewhat understand what is in play and would not sell until we see how this plays out.
