business 101....how will the new owners of this newly bought company generate the money for the payrolls??? If you think they are going to just pay out of pocket for company expenses and payrolls and cross their fingers that they are successful then they must have no clue what they are doing with this company....New Ticker/New Commons will generate more than enough wealth for the company to continue and the new shareholders...
