From what I know being in construction, Natural Disasters, Violent Storms, Earthquakes, Etc. are very difficult to organize and schedule in regards to repairs. Finding the necessary man power to execute such massive commercial and residential re-construction is a tedious task.

I hope that your friend over-comes all of his obstacles.

IMO, $FRCN has something big coming too, hopefully its an RM Announcement or a Large State Contract.... That would be pretty awesome.
