My son caught a 430 pound tuna off the coast of North Carolina this summer. His uncle that owned the boat kept the fish for his restaurant. He did bring home about a 10 pd chunk. It was most excellent.

I've been having great luck marinading my salmon in Teriyaki. It started with your brine. I liked it and then started using the teriyaki out of a bottle and won't go back. Thanks for the suggestion, it's a winner!
