I made tuna steaks on the grill abit over a week ago, first we had ever tried it. I used a lemon/canola oil/sesame-seed(crushed) salt/onion marinade. We were both surprised that it didn't taste like fish at all. Tasted like the tenderest part of a porterhouse beefsteak! Tuna was 3/4" thick, done medium-rare, with a 1/4" line of pink thru the center. Next time the marinade will be Worcestershire sauce based, to enhance the beef-like flavor.
