This could be good news or horrible. No dilutive consequences with this loan. But it could also mean something else. Example is it possible ACS is supposedly lending sfor 1.5 million dollars. And sfor will give there first settlement to ACS i mean the party (lenders). And as time goes on they will find more ways to give there money away to ACS I mean lenders. The revenue will all go to ACS and this other way will bring all settlement money to ACS. Once again I hope not. But just following the trial.
