The initial batch was rejected due to poor quality of the substance. That was what they said on the shareholder call. Quantity is not the issue here, it is definitely poor quality.

Telling shareholders after 12+ years to be patient is ridiculous! I and other longs have been more than patient, more than supportive, but it's time for them to deliver!
