Lock-em in, I think Means Fill out a Sell Ticket for all your Shares to sell at a Top Price you Can Find and prevent the Market from Having Shares available to Short. That's what I think it means. Mine are for Sale at 0.77. That's as High as TD would let me go. I Tried $1.00 but .77 was the Highest.
