Okay, so correct me if I'm wrong as I often am! A stock with a $226k market cap is about to get $2.5m in stock, increasing their "value" by 10+ times, more if the stock price of VIVK also goes up. Is it reasonable to assume that the SP COULD go from .001 to .01 just on the value of the 1st preferred shares received alone?

From the 8K:
The Registrant ($QSIM) shall receive $2.5 million in Preferred Shares upon execution of the September 2017 Agreement;
plus more based on sales made...another $2.5m within 6 months, $1.5m 6 months after that, and $.5m 12 months after that, PLUS "royalty shall continue for a ten year period and shall equal five percent of gross revenues from the FeNIX orders"...so as much at $7m in stock within 2 years ($2.5m immediately)+royalties.
Only those who attempt the absurd can achieve the impossible!
