what can be reversed? the $2.5 million worth of unregistered shares? that's funny, they still have $1.5 million yet to unload, and that's only what was in the D filing. who knows what else they have in store for shareholder dilution.
as far as the china/smi royalties, no terms were disclosed...awesome!!!
the total disregard for shareholders with this company is staggering.
