The word "misleading" is not TOS, but it can be part of a TOS post.
For example, something like
"That information you posted is misleading"
(ok, imo)
VS
"There you go again, deliberately posting misleading info to trick investors".
(TOS violation, imo)
"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."
For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
