The AS is 500M

On Page 1 of the latest 10Q filed June 7, 2017, the document reads "Common stock, $0.001 par value, 500,000,000 shares authorized, 205,765,428 and 22,728,437 shares issued and outstanding as of March 31, 2017 and June 30, 2016, respectively". There were two 8K's filed after this document and neither 8K purports to raise the AS.
