Looking for the positive in a down day, it seems to me that if today DCTH closes down more than 10%, then Rule 201 will be in effect on Monday. The price should shoot up if they release a PR on Monday announcing the RS was not approved. Now just imagine what the combined affect will be on the price if Rule 201 is in effect AND the PR of no RS is released.
