Not to downplay the effects IRMA will have on FLORIDA, but from our point of view this is excellent timing...

1) There will be many people who lose prescriptions and many others who will have all sorts of prescription/medical needs.

2) As a real estate guy this is also MASSIVELY BULLISH... We have been searching for a 2nd location in West Palm....this storm is going to make real estate REAL CHEAP - REAL FAST but not for an extended period as vultures will be swarming. We lock down a LONG TERM LEASE for ourselves in a QUALITY LOCATION at below market rent thats a SCORE.

Could see a REV hit in SEPT, but will be more than made up in Q4 if there is a hit at all...

This isn't Louisiana where some moved and never returned from KATRINA....

Everyone is coming back to South Florida... LIKELY MORE THAN BEFORE.

WHY do I think This?

I am at the epicenter of tragedy in lower Manhattan, and I can tell you 9/11 was the BEST THING FINANCIALLY the area ever saw...

Population in the area has increased DRAMATICALLY and BUSINESS IS BOOMING HERE with 16M added square feet of office space and 3X number of full time residents...

Never wish harm or anything negative on anyone, but there is ALWAYS a silver lining in these huge catastrophic events in PRIME locations such as South Florida.

Good luck and be SAFE to all in IRMAS PATH.

The $$$ can (and will) come later
