The company is BROKE!, broke as in debt financing last Q, and fins say they will seek it again. Why on earth if they had ANY meaningful sales would they not report this to investors to ease fear of more toxic financing.

Because there has been no meaningful sales, if there had been they would be on the rooftops shouting it.
