One thing I would like explained to me and I have not yet seen a decent explanation.
All those whom say that this is over, why are they fighting it?
I saw post after post saying the 1st court date that this was going to be revoked because they would no show. I have seen plenty of pink / gray companies get revoked. You can see them daily here

And if there was no revenue coming in? If management has no shares? Why fight not to be revoked?

I am not looking for a smart ass answer I am looking for logical reasoning.
