Have you forgotten about the Class B and Class C Convertible Preferred Stock to bring the total up to 51%? The platform I trade from will not let me cut and paste but I will tell you exactly where you can find it.

The August 18 SEC filing, Page 6 (Source and amount of funds or other consideration) Item 4, 2nd paragraph.


They own 41% of the commons, the rest are preferred stock.
