Yes, I'm a lawyer, but my concentration is estate planning. I will be at the annual meeting and, with other large shareholders planning to be there, will be asking pointed questions. There is significant concern building among shareholders that will be made clear at the meeting. This incentive plan probably would not have hit such a hot button had the company made any reasonable degree of effort at share price enhancement over the last year.
