My suspicion is that the old guys running the company cooked Pixels books.

Both of the founders of Pixel Mag went on to start another company, Plastc Inc. and then shut their doors basically stealing 8 million dollars from investors.

My question is how long do they have to go back to be current. If they wait 2 years to release financials, can they just release those 2 prior years or do they have to go all the way back from the date pixel Mags took over. Could Neil be waiting for a specific time to release financials?

Just my conspiracy theory.
