From I read...Berthold stripped the company of all assets...and left it with a legacy of debts. Seems like he borrowed money form everyone and pocketed the cash. The stock wasn't,t trading and was at 0.0001 when the new crew came in.
I think this is Toxic and even if the new administration had products and technology lined up...I doubt they will be able to salvage all the garbage left behind by Berthold and Co.
