I didn't claim to have established a reliable value (note the "?" at the end of both sentences I wrote). I guessed at a value (pesky "?" again) and sited the reason for my guess as "recent sales" (which should probably be "recent sale"). My reasoning might be lacking, my understanding of the subject might be elementary, but my question is stated clearly and does not require further questions to understand...

I don't claim to be an expert in telecom. However, I do have a bit of experience in dealing with people. In that experience I have found that those who answer a plainly worded question with deflection almost always have an agenda they wish to keep others from discovering.

You chose to ignore my question and deflect. I won't bother asking you for your method of arriving at such a low valuation again... your defection actually provided what needs to be known.
