The delay could possibly be because they want to get more out of their tech which I believe they think they can and should be getting based on their testing (or whatever you want to call it) that showed they should be getting more compared to what they sent out to S4W for testing which is what the lab grant is supposed to help out with i believe.

So hopefully it does but either way should be good
