Give a look at the Civil services that his company does. "Drainage systems," "Roadway Construction." Lets stop for a second and look at Hurricane Harvey in Texas last week. They heavily flooded and several of their roadways were destroyed if they weren't under water. BCAP, aka this company specializes in this matter!
