After observing the discussion on the board, I think that the implications on this PR are great indeed. The problem is the way in which the PR was written.

The normal person reading this PR wont be able to tie the dots without help. But a person with specialized knowledge will be able to see the implications of this PR.

If this was consciously written in this way, this could mean that this PR was not intended for "us", but rather for a more specialized audience. Maybe this PR was written for the CEOs of MJ companies, or for other people who have big money to invest.
