My cognitive reasoning leads me to believe that the small dose of DPZ in Plus helps remove plaque, while 2-73 begins to establish cellular homeostasis...which will ultimately prevent or mitigate future accumulations of plaque. The analogy being a leaky boat: DPZ works to bail out the water, while 2-73 repairs the leak. After the leak is repaired, there's no longer any water to bail.

If true, then it would seem that Plus would be the appropriate initial therapy for patients already suffering from Alz, but then 2-73 alone would be the appropriate therapy after the first 9 mo... as well as a prophylactic for the healthy.
