Now these 4 plans for mergers dated 06/29/2017 posted by newflow (see link below) were signed by Doreen Logan, which means WaMu 1031 Exchange is still a subsidiary of WMIH. Why do they merge or plan to merge 4 sub-LLCs of WaMu 1031 Exchange into the parent company (WaMu 1031 Exchange) NOW?

Does WMIH has future plans for WaMu 1031 Exchange in connection with the M&A?
