I thought they pocketed 400K? Paid off debt and had some in bank. S1 was around for quite a bit so they most likely are advisors etc 2 SIGO. It is a legal transaction. It paid off debt and expand. This is being built for acquisition IMO, so a friendly share structure is in SIGO best interest.

IMO SIGO will be around $3ish by end of Sept. Good luck trading Alan.
