There are no earnings here so far - just losses. The dividend is a ploy to lure suckers. It's a total scam, a ponzi scheme. Broke company selling shares to pay a dividend but saying it needs the money for expansion. Nice try. Naive investors fall for it, and experienced scammers get that. These guys have fleeced the public for millions now - very kind to give back $4000. LMAO!

8-Ks are full of lies, unfortunately, or false promises at best.

Scammers scamming, sadly...
