SIGO float has gone 16% up over the past two weeks, from 4.03mm to 4.67mm. This is because the company sold 640K shares of free-trading stock for $0.10 per share.

Plain and simple.

Expect the float to continue to expand and the stock to continue to be pressured. No, it won't go all the way to $0.10 most likely, at least in the short-term (unless the SEC were to suspend it), but I think $0.35 is in the cards. I expect that to happen by 9/19, so we'll see.
