This is a very puzzling .0001 investment, which I've been involved in for about 10 years. The puzzle begins with notion that Pyct was purchased by the Chinese, and now I realize that's not possible because the Chinese would have done something positive with the company, since they have a huge market for feminine products, and the company would have very little trouble obtaining financing, since the Chinese government does, indeed, promote small business investment, with a variety of loans and grants. It's unimaginable that the Chinese government would not want to get a stronghold in the USA market, if they could, and they certainly could have done it with Pyct, assuming Pyct management was true full about their financial statements and company objectives.
