That's right, it doesnt make senses to keep it as is. It have to be different name and business merge which I got to the conclusion they sold all pizzeria, got rid of debt and bought new business, also let's keep in mind Heinemen already built other companies from sub penny (500k -10kk) to small cap ( 10kk to 100kk) related to recruiting. Heinemen knows how to start something from the bottom already. Keeps doing your due diligence.
