Buying at .003 or lower is a good solid long term investment, he doesn't have infinite shares, his shares are limited just like yours and mine, He will eventually run out, the scary part about dilution is not knowing how far it will take the stock down, if he is not selling cheaper than .003 that is a good sign. Plain and simple
If this is not for you, its fine, there is nothing we can say to change that
IMO, just buy undervalued companies and hold them till they reach appropriate valuations
