They (Dror & Yaniv) have really gotten
sloppy in their shady dealings. It shows how comfortable they have become about doing it, I guess.
The PR on the 15th of Aug. states in part, that concomitantly on July 20, 2017, Dror Svorai sold 100% of his series A Preferred stock to SF Holdings, LLC. This had to be quite an accomplishment since SF Holdings, LLC was not even in existence at that time. SF Holdings was not formed or filed with the WY SOS until 8-7-2017.
Hopefully, slow poke's great find will have these guys sweating bullets and their weekend ruined by worrying.
