Brilliant moves!

These are critical days for those of us committed to NGL. Some want to believe while others either don't or just can't. So they look for higher ground if only to escape the wrath of the next stormy conditions.

Yet we NGLers are very much in stormy seas at the moment. I don't hear any complaining around this board and that tells me most of us understand this is how things sometimes work in the market: Stocks rarely stand still for long. At the same time, I most definitely am hearing from a lot of folks about their buys, often partially liquidating previously held positions in other stocks. I've done this a number of times recently so as to enable my own purchasing additional NGL units.

We are sometimes called to sacrifice in order to make room for fresh decisions. Of course, those fresh decisions are hardly unrehearsed as we may wrestle with these decisions for hours, perhaps days and even weeks and months. This is what it takes to find comfort within our own skins, so to speak. Every decision an investor makes contributes at least something to one's self view, making such mental maneuverings extremely meaningful. How else might we continually redefine ourselves?

I implore everybody reading this board's content to give serious thought to launching an NGL position or, at the least, adding to an existing one. We've got some pretty fine, knowledgeable and well intentioned investors here. They aren't holding back in this investment opportunity.

They know well how important it is to pursue the call of a huge potential. It matters not what others do, it's really all about what each of us does to maximize opportunity at hand. NGL is on sale right now---this moment, today. Who can say where it will be in a week, a month?

Nobody could know in advance but I'll bet you just about nobody would be foolish enough to suggest we'll still be at $9/unit. As soon as the company tells us they've exercised the BOD's authorization to spend $15 million on repurchasing units on the open market, the price will begin its come-back.

For what it's worth, units of ALDW were at beneath $8 at various times over the past year. We're now pitched above $12 for a gain of more than 50%. Friends thought I was nuts to make it the crown jewel of my portfolio but I continued putting my faith and cash into it as I could. I've now got a gain of more than $96,000 in ALDW with no plans whatsoever to liquidate. A year and a half ago ALDW closed above $26. I can see this happening all over again, especially if some of the shut-down refiners remain down for a long time.

The situation is much the same now but in NGL. I have no doubt whatsoever that this one, too, will enrich those willing to trust their instincts and return to $25 or more per unit.

Happy hunting!
