And you can add my name as to someone that will never buy another FORD again!

I am still amazed at the treatment I received being a loyal Ford customer, having bought three of their high end machines in the last 6yrs. They had that info right in front of their eyes, only to treat me like SHIT! If I keep thinking about it, I'll give myself a heart attack to go along with the bad back!
