There easily could be an agreement between the parties that they can not reveal what has been finalized in their AMICABLE SETTLEMENT
That would be a stipulation that would have been part of the settlement, would it not?
And even if, for some really strange reason, the parties decided to make that agreement outside of the ruling, Walther is free to divulge that fact.
More excuses. Why not let Walther come up with his own excuses and relate them to the shareholders?
