I think we have to look at things from the outside.
True the fed case resulted in a 400K judgement in favor of
the plaintiff.
However, the plaintiff had a serious state case that was to follow.
IMO, he did not want to get the state case out in the open so people
could see what it involved. There was a settlement between the
parties involved. There is no way IMO, that the fed case judgement
would be anyway near the 400k amount after the cases were
SETTLED AMICABLY.
The main thing here is that MW and IFUS SURVIVED and is going
forward.
That is why the term MISSION ACCOMPLISED is being used.
