From 8/24:
"At close of business today, our company will have approximately 4,431,771 shares outstanding or an increase of 400,000 shares."
As of 8/31:
"Outstanding Shares 4,671,771"
"So, thats more than 400k as stated"....exactly 240,000 more.
I didn't see any mention of the basis for those shares being issued.
Also from 8/24:
"We currently have $300,000 in debt and that will be paid off in full immediately."
And as of now?
I ask because I keep seeing the phrase "no debt" in the same sentence in which the phrase "4,431,771 shares outstanding" appears, as recently a few hours ago. If the share count is different might the "no debt" situation be different as well?
But can it core A apple?
Yes Ralph, of course it can core A apple.
