yes you are right...Rossi will not release the 10K for purposes of increasing share price...He will release only as a necessary step in the launch of his 2017 business plan.....it is launch that he wants knowing share price will follow with market demands....Rossi more than anything probably wants the 10K and 2016.to be long forgotten and swept under of the rug of lessons well learned...He will submit the minute it is acceptable
