There won't be any thinking about the when.

The moment he files with Edgar's, he tweets.

If Edgar's drags its feet, we will get a heads up.
Could be a few hours or a long weekend.

Edgar's will take it and look it over for all the right signs.
No reason Rossi doesnt give us longs a heads up.

If it gets kicked back to Rossi with a question, I hope he tweets the reason.

I just can't imagine what more they could ask for at this stage? Then again, I thought this 60 days ago.
