Donot, i also purchased piers class 16 notes around $4.00. It was my understanding that because of acts of insider trading those senior note holders piers where capped at price set by judge below full par.

I am note home with my notes but thought the cap was in $12 range plus 13% interest. I manly bought them for the vote, but also to monitor the payoff understand we needed to get paid our court approval capped price before the water full continued to equity.

I feel equity could now get dividends distributions after piers notes have been paid.
